Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of https://ayurvedagrid.com and the services offered by AyurvedaGrid LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms, including the arbitration agreement and class-action waiver in Section 11.

1. The service

AyurvedaGrid provides an informational, AI-assisted Ayurvedic wellness assessment and educational content. A free overview and paid options are available, which may include an AI report, an expert-confirmed report, and a report with an Ayurvedic wellness consultation. The service is for general wellness and educational purposes only. Some features are governed by product-specific supplemental terms (for example, our AI Analysis Terms), which apply in addition to these terms.

2. Not medical care

AyurvedaGrid is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. See our Medical Disclaimer.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Acceptable use

• Upload only your own images and voice, and only with the right to do so.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payments

The premium report is a one-time purchase processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its content, and its software are owned by AyurvedaGrid LLC or its licensors. Your reports are provided for your personal use. See our Intellectual Property Policy.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." Our liability is limited as described in our Liability Waiver.

8. Your indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AyurvedaGrid LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your submission of content you did not have the right to submit — including images or voice of any other person without their consent.

9. Electronic communications

You consent to receive agreements, notices, and disclosures from us electronically, and you agree that electronic delivery satisfies any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or for misuse. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6–13) survive termination.

11. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your rights. Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court, any dispute between you and AyurvedaGrid LLC will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support at ayurvedagrid dot com within 30 days of first accepting these terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect the other terms.

Batch arbitration. To keep arbitration efficient, if 25 or more similar arbitration demands are asserted against AyurvedaGrid LLC by or with the coordination of the same lawyer or coordinated group of lawyers within a 90-day period, the demands will be administered in batches of up to 100 demands each, with a single arbitrator, a single set of filing and administrative fees, and one fee schedule applied per batch, and resolved on one consolidated schedule per batch. The parties will cooperate in good faith to implement this process. It is intended only to increase efficiency and does not create a class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Any claim must be filed within one year after it arises, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and, for arbitration, by the Federal Arbitration Act. This choice of law does not remove protections that your state's consumer-privacy laws give you.

13. General

These terms, together with the policies and product-specific supplemental terms they link to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service; where a supplemental policy or product-specific terms address a specific feature, they control for that feature to the extent of any conflict. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control. We may update these terms, with the "Last updated" date reflecting changes.
