Intellectual Property Policy

1. Ownership

The AyurvedaGrid™ name, logo, site, content, and software are owned by AyurvedaGrid LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

2. Your license to use the site

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the site and your reports for your own, non-commercial purposes.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the images and voice you submit. You grant us the limited license needed to process them and deliver your assessment, and no more.

4. Restrictions

• Do not copy, resell, or redistribute our content or software.
• Do not use our marks without written permission.
• Do not scrape our content or use it to train machine-learning models.

5. DMCA — reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our copyright agent at support at ayurvedagrid dot com that includes: (a) your signature (physical or electronic); (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the location of the material on our site; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. We will respond consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, including removing infringing material and, where appropriate, terminating repeat infringers. If your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address.
