Terms of Use for the Ayurvedic AI Analysis

These terms apply specifically to the AI analysis feature of the AyurvedaGrid assessment and supplement our Terms of Use. To the extent anything here conflicts with the general Terms of Use about the AI analysis, these terms control for that feature.

1. Service provider

The analysis is provided by AyurvedaGrid LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

2. Nature of the analysis

You capture photos (face, tongue, body, and optionally eyes and nails) and a short voice sample. AI (Google Gemini) analyzes these inputs to estimate an Ayurvedic constitution (dosha) profile and generate a wellness overview. Your voice sample is sent to our AI provider to analyze along with your photos; we do not use it to identify you or to build a voiceprint for recognition. The analysis is automated. Depending on the service you choose, your assessment may also be confirmed or discussed with an independent Ayurvedic wellness consultant, who is a contractor and not a licensed medical provider.

3. Your consent

By starting the analysis you consent to the processing of the images and voice sample you submit for the purpose of generating your assessment, as described in our Biometric Data Notice & Consent.

4. Data protection

Your photos and voice are kept only until your chosen service is finalized and are then deleted; see our Biometric Data Notice & Consent. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Conditions of use

• Submit only your own images and voice.
• Provide clear inputs for a meaningful result; quality affects output.
• Use the result for personal, informational purposes only.

6. Purpose, accuracy, and limitations

The overview is provided for general wellness and personal health awareness only — not to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not a medical diagnosis; see our Medical Disclaimer. We do not use your photos or voice to train our AI models.

7. Prohibited uses

• Do not submit images of other people without their consent.
• Do not attempt to use the analysis for medical diagnosis.
• Do not misuse or attempt to extract the underlying models.

8. Fees and refunds

The premium analysis is paid; see our Refund Policy.

9. Changes and termination

We may update or discontinue the analysis. We may suspend access for misuse.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the dispute-resolution and arbitration terms in our Terms of Use apply.
